The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from Komtar bus terminal, the old city of Penang, and a food night market. The rooms are quite spacious and can accommodate up to 4 people, with a great pool, cafe, and convenience store on-site. The service is friendly, although there was a minor issue with the parking ticket. The dining options offer a variety of Asian dishes but could use improvements in cleanliness and consistency. Overall, staying here was a great way to explore Penang, despite the hotel being situated in a very poor area.
